Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at lorisalenses.com with your order number and photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Refund Process

  • We will notify you via email about the approval of your replacement request.

    The replacement will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

    If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will send a replacement at no additional costLate or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing times vary.

  3. If you still haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, email us at lorisalenses@gmail.com .

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at  lorisalenses@gmail.com before returning the item.

Gift Returns

  • If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit upon return.

  • If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser

International Orders

  • Returns for international orders follow the same policy. If a return is needed, we will cover the return shipping fees, duties, and taxes.
